Community center with daycare, community room, meeting rooms, homeowners' association offices, and indoor/outdoor stage and theater. There is an emphasis on one-story wood-framed construction with exposed wood structure, including wood trusses, beams, and joists, and wide roof overhangs. Horizontal wood siding painted white, stone hardscaping and flooring, and grey concrete roof tiles are also part of the material vocabulary. The project also included updates to the tennis courts and pool facilities.
