8000 Sunset is a highly successful “urban infill” retail experience based on entertainment. There is a five screen cineplex also designed by The Albert Group, audio and video stores, several restaurants and fitness center. The top floor is a continuous ring of offices occupied by smaller production companies, entertainment agencies and law firms. The tiered, three level interior courtyard functions as a European piazza, filled with activity, accessible, but screened from Sunset Boulevard.
