Developed on a single-lot, the building was designed with a simple, by-right scheme, with two 2-bedroom / 2-bath units on each upper floor and a 4-bedroom unit spanning the entire ground floor. Each unit has a 70 SF balcony which, along with the landscaped back yard, provide the required private and common open space for the residents. These same balconies articulate both front and rear elevations and offer views from each units living spaces to the surrounding neighborhood.
