Houses an aerospace company's R&D and manufacturing program organized in a rectangular plan with 3 large interior courtyards. The entrance is expressed as a three-story skylit atrium. The occupied floors are steel frame clad in a combination of rose-hued lightweight precsat concrete panels and grey aluminum curtain walls. The panels and curtain walls are detailed as layers within layers to reduce the massiveness of the large floor plates.
