Seven Arrows Elementary School Innovation Labs

  • Conversion & remodel of an existing 2-story 42,000 SF animal shelter in the Palisades village to an education space for Seven Arrows Elementary School.

Radcliffe Ave. residence rebuild

  • Rebuild of a single-family residence on Radcliffe Ave. south of Sunset Blvd. in the Palisades.

  • Original home was destroyed in January 2025 Palisades Fire.

  • Designed/rebuilt pursuant to LA Mayor Bass Emergency Executive Order 1 following the fire.

  • Footprint, site positioning, & interior layout largely equal to those of original home. Changes to exterior.  

  • 2,200 SF 1-story home with 2-car garage & roofdeck.

  • 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 powder room.

S. Canon Dr. residence

  • Single-family residence with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a study, library, roof terrace over 2-story high living room, basement, and entertainment center.

N. Canon Dr. residence

  • New-construction.

  • Addition of a self-contained guest house to a large main residence.

  • The new house is carefully scaled and detailed to resemble the older Cape Cod style residences.

  • Extensive landscaping unified the main residence and guest house.
