New-construction new single-family home in the Palms neighborhood of LA near Overland Ave. and National Blvd. on a sloping 5,400 SF lot. 

2,400 SF 3-bed, 2.5 bath, home with 2-car garage, basement cellar space, and roofdeck. Stucco over light wood-frame construction over poured in-pace concrete construction with board-formed finish. Fiber-cement siding on the 4-landing central stair tower that connects all levels. The existing masonry chimney from the existing home is preserved in the new structure.
